CADAC members attend shoots around the East Anglia and further a field. Below are all shoots and events that we currently have planned or know of. For more information about any of them, please get in contact with the club event's organizer.
6th Southern Counties Archery Society Junior Tournament.
The 6th Southern Counties Archery Junior Tournament will be held on Saturday 13th July 2013 at Colchester and District Archery
Clubs ground in Mill Road, Colchester. This is a World record and British record status event for junior archers. The closing date for entries
is the 6th July 2013.

Bill Tucker Memorial Shoot.
The 2013 Bill Tucker Memorial Shoot was held on Sunday 5th May 2013 at Colchester and District Archery
Clubs ground in Mill Road, Colchester. The weather was good, sunny but not too hot. The club would like to thank all those who took part and made it another success.
We would like to thank all those club members who gave up their time for all their efforts in the smooth running of the event. We would also like to thank Barbara Knight
for organising the event and thanks to the judge Alan Harding and field captain Denis Saville.

Beginners Course
The dates for the 2013 beginners courses have been announced. Two courses will be held, the first in May and the second in July.
Each course lasts for four sessions held on consecutive weeks. If you can not wait until then try Perris Archery
for lessons. We will accept membership applications from beginners if you have completed one of their courses or a course organised by another GNAS (Archery UK) affiliated archery club.

Please note if a lesson is cancelled by CADAC then the club will organise another lesson to replace it. If you fail to turn up for a lesson then
you will not be entitled to another lesson to replace it. Please note that lessons will take place even if there is light rain or showers
so bring a light waterproof with you in the event that it rains. We will only cancel the lesson if the rain is heavy and persistent or there is a
chance of lightning or there are high winds. This will be at CADAC's discretion and is non negotiable. If you are unsure and can not contact us
prior to the lesson then turn up anyway as someone will be there to inform you of the rescheduled lesson date if the lesson is cancelled.

Taster Day
The dates for the taster days have been announced. The first taster day will be on the 27th April 2013 and the second taster day
will be on the 15th June 2013. Taster days are a good introduction to archery for those who just want a go or may be interested in
taking it up as a sport. To apply for entry to a taster day event simply download the entry form, fill it in and send it back to us.
Details are in the forms. The price for a taster day session is £10.
